Hello dear
I amsorry but your marks are a bit too low in order to get a government medical college for MBBS. You need a minimum of 400 marks( rough estimate based on previous years' cut offs) in order to get a government seat. With these marks, you can get BDS seat for sure. Or else, you have an option of private colleges as well, but the fees will be very high.
