Although your neet score is isn't very high yet I believe that you will be able to get a seat in private colleges .As Aipvt seats in private colleges are sometimes even left unfilled .

But the catch is you wouldn't get a all India quota seat and hence you will have to go for state private colleges. Now there are many states that even conduct there own exam and do not consider neet so if that is the case then your selection will depend on the marks obtained in state exam .
