Hey Anjali, You have scored 317 marks in NEET 2019 and you also belong from SC Category. Really that will be very helpful to you while taking admission in Government College as some special seats are being reserved for each and every special reserved category. With these marks, you will not be able to get a seat in government college as the cutoffs this year are very varying due to various factors. So there are very fewer chances of being getting admission there especially in Patiala. You can try in Amritsar because there you might get a seat but you should first check the cutoffs for the college last year too.
I would personally like to suggest you check for colleges in your state as you will get a seat under reserved quota and even you can check at NEET PREDICTOR.
