Hey there, You have scored 319 marks in NEET 2019 and you belong from Karnataka. Sorry to say but with these marks you will not be able to get admission in any government college on the basis of these marks. But yes you can take admission in good private colleges with your marks. I will first suggest you check the colleges in your state and that will be really helpful for you as you can take a seat under state quota too.
I would rather suggest you check the colleges available for you at these marks at College Predictor at Careers 360 only and it will be very helpful for you while getting a seat there. It will be very helpful for you as it will show the best colleges available for you according to your category and even home state rank.
You have not mentioned your category so I assume you belong to general.
As you mentioned with UR category and 319 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible as previous year cutoffs were 360+..
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
