Yes! Your rank 319 is eligible for the admission. You can get admission in any of the Indian Maritime University (IMU). The rank criteria of IMU for the General Rank is upto 7000 and for the OBC rank upto 8000. The admission in IMU Kolkata requires to write entrance test IMUCET.
