I got 31k in ts emcet in engineering stream I wanted to do cse so please suggest some good colleges to select in counseling of ts emcet

Hello dear, in this rank you can get CS in Kakatiya Institute Of Technology and Science college and
IT in Vasavi College Of Engineering & Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology and in my opinion Chaitanya is best, so if you are getting this, go for it, otherwise, rest two is good.

I got 45000 rank in ts eamcet can i get admission in vardhaman and what may be the more colleges expect

I think you can get, as I am telling this on the basis of previous year cut off the college, yeah some variation can take place but possibilities are there.
