Cut off for admissions to colleges vary every year depending on so many factors such a s number of candidates appeared and qualified on NEET, number of seats available, category of candidates and so on. You haven't specified your category so an accurate prediction is not possible. Based on previous year data you have chances in state quota seats of Maharashtra if you belongs to SC category. For other categories it is tough to get a seat in MBBS as well as BDS admission in State quota seats. For a general category student it is tough even in private medical colleges.
