Hello Vallabha,
Since PES University does not declare their rank cut-offs the expected cut-offs are given below from analysing past trends and admissions. With a rank of 3227 you may be able to get Civil branch in PES University according to final round ranks from previous years which closed at around 3000 for Civil.
However, If you are interested in other branches here are their final ranks -
CSE branch - upto 1000
EC branch - upto 1500
EE branch - upto 2000
Civil, Mechanical, Bio-Tech - upto 3000
