I got 323 marks in my BITSAT 2019 , what are my chances of getting into BITS Pilani(mother campus) with chemical or civil branch

You have a decent score in BITSAT 2019.
Considering the previous year cutoffs, it can be said that you have a fair chance of getting admission in BITS Pilani. You can get any of the branch - chemical or civil engineering, as you wish to choose. They both have nearabout the same cutoffs. The cutoffs lie in the range 300-320.
