I hope you are doing good. Now Coming to your query, As per few sources, Pullareddy Engg college 2018 cutoff for ECE is 38750 and CSE is 16521 for the general category. Based on that for your 32515 rank, you have chances to get CSE. But we can't be sure as cutoff changes every year based on several factors like no.of students applied, Hardness of paper, etc.
