Unfortunately no engineering college offers a free seat for engineering. 3265 is a very good rank. According to previous statistics, you might get a seat in Au or Jntuk in the final rounds for civil engineering. If you are looking for Gayatri Or VR Siddartha, you will definitely get your civil engineering. I suggest you to wait until the final rounds. Because AU and JNTUK are the best colleges and their fee is also very negligible. If that is what you are considering as a free seat. Hope this helped.
