With this score, it is very difficult to get seat in government college

As to get seat in government college, you must score 650+ for MBBS and 550+ for BDS (for general category)

As you haven't mentioned your category I'm assuming it as general.

As top score is 720 this year cut off is raised

It varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam.

However you can try for BAMS, BHMS courses

You may get seat in private college for these courses.

If you want to MBBS or BDS only then you can for management quota.
