Dear Aditi, in 2018 under State Quota, 493 marks secured a seat in GMC, Khandwa under General Category. That has been the cut off for Government Medical Colleges. With a marks of 327 and a not reservation I don't think that you get a seat in some medical private college with good attributes around India. But my suggestion is that if are economically high then you can normally approach the university and go for a management seat. I hope this helps.
