Dear Aditi, in 2018 under State Quota, 493 marks secured a seat in GMC, Khandwa under General Category. That has been the cut off for Government Medical Colleges. We do not have the cut offs of Private Medical Colleges but you might have a very slight chance there. You can also use our College Predictor services to check your options:

Hello dear!!!

With a marks of 327 and a not reservation I don't think that you get a seat in some medical private college with good attributes around India. But my suggestion is that if are economically high then you can normally approach the university and go for a management seat. I hope this helps.
