I got 32837 rank in ts eamcet .can i get a seat in any top college being a BC candidate?

If you prefer lower branches then their might be a chance for you to get into top colleges like VNR,GRIET,MGIT,NARAYANAMMA etc.. if you prefer higher branches like EEE,MEC,ECE.CIVIL then you have to go for non-top colleges.
