Hello Ma'am. I am sorry to say but with 32k rank in Manipal entrance test, you cannot go for the main campus. You cannot get CSE or ECE in Sikkim campus. You can, however, go for the Jaipur campus. You may be able to get ECE with that rank in Jaipur campus.
