I got 33 mark ( 47 percentile) in GUJCet and about 85 will be in 12 th. where I can get CSE

As far as your percentile is concerned , to get the top colleges your percentile is low. It would be difficult to get these colleges . You have fair chances to get PIET Vadodara - Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology,SSEC Bhavnagar - Shantilal Shah Engineering College.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
