I got 33 marks in ts pgecet exam which rank will be come as per exam in 2021 and what type of colleges can I apply

It is very hard to say . But 33 outoff 120 is very very low number.

Its better you try for next year again .

As per calculation  you got around 36 to 39.6 so ,you can get private college . But I am not sure that will be good or bad.

But as per rules the lowest qualification percentage is 25 % so you are qualified.

And as per suggestion if you study 1 year and get seriously preparation then your next year's score comes good and also you can get better or much good college.
