I am sorry to say that you have scored a pretty low percentile. However, you can get admission in some of the local colleges and institutions in your area. You can check out those and confirm their cutoffs or so. Also, you will have to compromise your branch preferences if you want a better college and vice versa

At 33 percentile it is very difficult for you to get any government engineering college in Maharashtra if you belong to general category.
However you can try getting into the private colleges either on the basis of jee main score or 12th boards.
