I got 330 air in mtech(dual degree) in upsee . my home state is UP. how will i apply for it,i don't know the procedure mtech(dual degree) counselling please help

Congratulations on your result.
The first round of M.Tech Dual Degree 2020 Counselling has begun on 19th October 2020. The second round will begin on 30th October 2020. There are in total, 6 rounds of counselling, lasting upto December.
The procedure for counselling is as follows:
- Registration, payment of registration fees, and uploading of documents
- Document verification
- Choice Filling & Locking
- Seat allotment Result
- Online willingness( Freeze/Float)
- Seat Confirmation
- Online withdrawal
