Your rank in IPU CET for BCA is not quite good for top colleges for BCA. Considering last year's cutoff colleges you may get admission in are mentioned below:

• Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies and School of Law, Narela
  
• Kamal Institute of Higher Education and Advance Technology, Mohan Garden
• Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Management and Information Technology, GTK Road
• Sirifort Institute of Management Studies, Rohini

But still you may get a better College with vacant seats in Spot Round of Counselling.
