hey Vaishali, with this score it is sure that you wont get mbbs seat in any goverment college but you may have chances for BAMS,BDS and BHMS goverment college.So , if you want to go for mbbs than dear you must take a drop and prepare youself accordingly for atleast above 550 marks.,else you may take other courses.

SEE 331 IN NEET 2019 IS FAIR ENOUGH MARKS. IN THIS SCORE CHANCES ARE VERY LESS TO GET ADMISSION.
SO ITS ADVISABLE TO TAKE ONE YEAR DROP AND PREPARE WELL FOR NEXT YEAR TO GET A GOVT COLLEGE.
