With your rank of 33147 in JEE Main, you certainly won't get a seat in NITs for CSE branch. However, you may get other branches in NITs that too depends on the counselling. To get seat in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs you need to attend the JoSAA counselling proccess. For other private colleges or government colleges those who accept JEE Main score/rank,you have to attend their respective counselling session and see whether you get a seat under CSE branch or not.
