i got 3326 rank in polytechnic entrance exam also my ssc grade 10 points could i get EEE course in GOVT polytechnic college ?

Firstly congratulations on your rank in polytechnic and as well as 10th class. Yes you can definitely get a free seat in the government college with ECE. Also you may get CSE group. But if you are a OC then there are less chances of getting govt clg i.e the good ones. But you can get govt clg definitely.
