Hello Muzammil !!
The cut off tends to change on various factors like number of students qualifying, seats available , difficulty level of exam paper etc.
In 2018 the cut off in Government medical college for MBBS in Tamil Nadu for BCM category was 328 and that too for Rajah Muthiah Medical College,Annamalainagar.
As per experts this year the cut off will be going a bit higher therefore ,considering your marks I will say that you will be in the border line of getting a seat.
Here is a link you can use to know the cut off of other colleges in Tamil Nadu-

All the best .
Hope this helps .
If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges .
There are vague possibilities to get colleges like-
- Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar
- Christian Medical College
Browse the link given below to check the college you can get on the basis of your marks-

This is just a prediction based on previous year records. The result may vary this year.
Hope this helps,
Regards!
