I got 3369 sc category rank in jee advance, but i not clear CRL cutoff. luckily i qualified for AAT test. Which iit I get?

If you continue with the AAT test based on your rank you can try for IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee for architecture as only they accept it. According to your JEE advanced rank, you can try for certain IITs which are attainable based on previous year cut-off. Here is the cut off of 2018 JEE Advanced for IITs which you may look at.
