From your profile, i came to know that you are from Karnataka.See, despite having an SC category getting a government medical college either through AIQ or Karnataka state quota counselling won't be possible for you as the cutoffs this year are expected to be somewhat similar to last years.

In 2020 , the cutoff score for a government medical college for an SC candidate through Karnataka state quota counselling was 522 with a closing AIR of 69,309 .

And the closing AIR through AIQ for a government medical seat for an SC category candidate was 81,121 that is a score of around 510.

However you can try for management quota seats if you wish to.
