I got 33900 rank in viteee 2019. Can I mechanical in vit vellore campus under category 2?

With a rank of about 33,000 in VITEEE 2019,
You've low chances of getting a seat in Mechanical Engineering branch at VIT VELLORE campus.
But you've extremely good chances to get the same at VIT CHENNAI campus.
You can also get a seat at VIT Bhopal and VIT Amaravati campuses pretty easily.
I am attaching a link to previous year cutoff for VITEEE that'll help you to get an idea of the cutoff trend, at the same time note that these cutoffs vary every year and are provided just for reference.
