Hello,
As you have mentioned that your ICAR score is 34 marks out of 600 and you fall under ST category...
Let me tell you that your marks are too less to get any college and your chances are almost negligible with this score.... Frankly speaking, 2 years later after my 12th i also gave ICAR exam and i scored 198 marks and my rank was near about 80,000+ and negatively, I fall under general category, eventually i was having very less score and because of my category i didn't got any seat in any of the colleges....
That was so disheartening..... Sorry, but with 34 narks you won't get any of the colleges...
Don't lose hope!!! You can try for some good private colleges....
