Considering the cut off in 2019 for admission to Pharm-D you have chances of getting seat in

However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

With the above mentioned marks there are less chances of you getting a pharm d seat even though you belongs to bc-e category.as many of the eamcet aspirants are applying for agricultural and pharm d seat the competition is high for this field so the 34000 rank is not sure of getting pharm d seat but I can suggest you that with this rank you can easily opt for b pharmacy and you can get seat in that field if you want your career to b in pharmaceuticals.
