Firstly congratulations for scoring good marks in NEET exam- National Eligibility Enterance Test which is conducted by NTA- National Testing Agency.
The eligibility criteria for MBBS, Candidate must have completed their 10+2 qualification with 50% marks in equivalent board for General catagory and for ST/SC/OBC is 45% required.
The same is goes with MBBS Course in that admissions are taken on the basis of NEET marks, percentile and cut-offs which is also depends upon the each category
For General- cut off is 50th percentile, neet cut offs is 720-138.
For ST/SC/OBC is 40th percentile and NEET Cut-offs marks is 137-108.

342 in NEET are considered average score. To get government college candidates need to score 600+ (unreserved category). So its really tough to get government college. But you can try for private college.
The cut offs are really high and they have shown increase from past few years. Even through state quota, the cut offs are high. So it's hard to say that you will get a government college.
But you should not loose hope and try for something else.
