With this score you can definitely get admission in MBBS course in any of the private medical college through all India counselling conducted by  MCC.

hie, Congratz for clearing neet...............! As you come under unreserved category getting into a government college for mbbs n bds courses are difficult. But anyways it differs from state to state depending upon the level of competitions. But trying out private institutions turns out to be fruitful depending upon your affordability.
