It is quite difficult to get the government medical seat from all india quota at your marks. But as students who have scored quite good like 560+ can get the government medical seat from your state level councelling.
For private colleges then it varies from state. It is important to know from what state you belong too because getting private colleges from all India quota is still a hard task at your marks.
Usually at state level and at your marks students get the private colleges in mop-up rounds and last session of councelling but as we can see that the cut off changes every year it is quite difficult to suggest exact results.
