Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 350 to be on a safe side for your category in West Bengal. I'm assuming your domicile as West bengal as mentioned in your profile.

If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are moderate .If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in some colleges of that state through state quota.by this your chances of getting a government college increases effectively.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
