I got 34666 rank in upsee 2019 so i want to know which college for btech electrical is best for me with low fees and good placements

As per your rank you are not able to get a good government College. Based on your rank you are not supposed to get a government college. As your choice is Electrical engineering so you can get admission in this branch as it is a core branch.

As you are not mentioned your category to which you belong. If you are in general category then you have no Chance to get a government college. But if you have SC/ST category you can get chance in some government College. But for this you have to go through till last round. The Colleges where you may have some chance:

1. Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University kanpur

2. Lucknow University

3. Bundelkhand University Jhansi

These are the government Colleges where you have chance. But these Colleges are not so good in terms of placement . As you are demanding good placement but it is not easy to get a college which hired you good placement based on your rank. And if you can look for private Colleges then refer to these :

1. Inderprastha Engineering College Ghaziabad(good in terms of placement)

2. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad

3. IIMT Greater Noida

4. ITS Greater Noida

These are the private Colleges where you can take admission. But these are not so good in terms of placement. As you are asking about low fees which you can afford in government Colleges only. But if you are in general category then there is no chance of getting a good government College.

So for you ,I suggest that you should prepare this year for UPTU exam  attempt it next year. Then only you are able to get a college having low fees and good placement. You can even predict your college according to your rank. You can come to know about these Colleges by visiting their respective website.
