i got 3471 rank in tsicet may i know when will be my counselling date and can i get a admission in ou for mca course i belong to bc-b caste

The counselling for TS ICET will take place in July. The actual dates will be announced soon on the website of TSCHE. As per your rank (3471) in TS ICET and category, you can try for the following colleges:
Nizam College
Kaushik College of Engineering
Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT)
Mahatma Gandhi University (Nalgonda University)
