I got 35 marks (GATE SCORE - 411) in GATE CS paper 2019. I come under General category. Is there any chance of getting into any IIT or NIT?

Yes, you can get IIT Roorkee because last year cut off also lies under this score might be you get this college or other IITs cut off is very high so I want truly say very less chance to get other IITs because cut off every year increases but not be upset there are also other options available.
