Hello,

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 353 marks and you fall under obc category. To get a government seat in bhms your score must be  between 300–350 . But you can also get a seat in a private college for that you must be neet qualified that is ,119 marks in neet. The information I have given is about good private colleges. The mentioned above is the previous year's cutoff for BHMS. Niw if we predict the cutoff for 2019 it must be between 420 - 480. So, looking this your chances to get a government seats for BHMS is very less. But you may easily get a seat fir BHMS in private medical colleges.
