Dear Aspirant,

As per the last year's cutoff trend,The cutoff marks for AP region for SC candidate was 411 and for telangana region it was 393.So its difficult to get a government college in AP and telangana for 353 marks.You may get good private colleges and has a good chance of getting BDS government college but the cutoff changes every year so wait till the official cutoff list gets released.
