The chances of getting the govt. seat for you are less as you have scored less marks in the exam. The cutoff marks for the AP region were 411 for the SC category in govt. medical college adn in telanagana the cutoff marks were 393. So you cannot get the govt. colleges in both the states but you can apply for the private medical colleges in your state where you have the domicile of that state. So go for the counselling through the state quota and you can get your seat in the private institute.
