Dear candidate with 354 marks in NEET UG 2021 it will not be easy to get BDS seats in Government Colleges, however you are a SC Category student and if you consider the previous years cut-offs(2020) the colleges like Drs Sudha and Nageshwara Rao Institute, Gitam Dental College, GSL Dental College and KIMS Dental College in AP had a minimum cut off of marks 375, but still this year the cut off may change. Wait for all the counselling rounds to get best college, but you can get other private colleges,use our NEET UG college predictor to know your best possible options
