Since cutoff doesn't remain constant but changes year to year.You can expect a government bams college with 350+ closing rank.So yes you can expect a chance but it is not too high and you may get the college in last or MOP up round.There is a lower chance that you will get a government bams college with this score but i will suggest you to sit for the counselling.
