i got 356 overall rank and 73 OBC rank is there any chance of getting OBG in any aiims

You do stand a good chance to get admission in Obstetrics and Gynae with these ranks. If we go by last admission list i.e. January 2018 session, a rank like yours would have obtained following colleges under your preferred course:
- AIIMS Raipur- In Jan 2018 intake, highest rank to get admission in OBC was 96.
- AIIMS Rishikesh- In Jan 2018 intake, highest rank to get admission in OBC was 85.
- AIIMS Bhopal- In Jan 2018 intake, highest rank to get admission in OBC was 71 (nearby yours).

AIIMS Jodhpur- In Jan 2018 intake, highest rank to get admission in UR was 352 (again nearby yours).
However, you should note that the last ranks to be admitted do shuffle each year with numerous factors such as difficulty level of exam, number of aspirants, their preparation level, etc.

OBC -80 scored a seat in AIIMS Rishikesh in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2nd round of counselling in May 2017. And the overall rank was 363. Going with that trend in the past, you have very good chances of getting a seat in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Am guessing you might get it in 2nd round of counselling.
