I got 357in neet, I'm obc candidate in Telangana state can I get any medical seat in a category/b-category

No reservation for OBC in B catagury, you may have good chances for B catagury in private colleges like RVM medical college, Mahavir, Bhaskera, mallarreddy, etc. Last year cut off is 330 marks

See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is not enough for u to bag u a seat in the govt college under OBC Category to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. U should be going for private colleges and that too might under management quota for ur MBBS career. I m providing u a link for ur help.
