You have not mentioned which region you belong to. With a score of 358, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government dental colleges when comparing the results of previous years. The cut off's for various regions were
AU region 330
SVU region 392
OU region 399
But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
