Hello Ahmad,
Observing your score of NEET UG 2019, there's hardly any chance for ypu to get seat for MBBS through AIQ but you might pursue admission in private colleges of Maharashtra for example Dr. D Y Patil,Pune or Bharti Vidyapeet, Sangli by passing their entrance exams(AIBCET) and interviews.
Here I am providing a link to predict your college on the basis of your NEET UG 2019 SCORE.

BEST WISHES!
As you mentioned with general category and 358 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible as last year 460+ marks were required for admission.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

Good luck
If you have the state domicile you can apply through state quota for which the cut off in 2018 for general category in Government Medical College for MBBS was 400 , and for Givebennrt4 dental college it was 467.
Else, you can apply through All India Quota for which the cut off was 543 and 515 for MBBS and BDS respectively.
Therefore you don't have chances of getting into a government college .
You can try for private colleges or wait for management quotas seats in mop up round .
