If you belong to this state then there is a moderate chance to get government veternary college in uttrakhand but if you are applying through aiq and you belong to general category then it seems more difficult !! But you can easily get private college through management quota
First of all you should participate in the counseling and choose the college according to your preference

1) Govind ballabh pant University of agriculture and technology
2) Kumaun University
3) College of veterinary and animal sciences
