Your category rank is very low and based on this rank their are not any best nit or iiit colleges which you can get but here I listed some college which you can get only when you have state quota for that colleges otherwise it is difficult to get seat their. The colleges are listed here is based on previous year cut off and cut off changes every year so chances to get seat may also vary.
College is also depend on various factors link you state quota, this year cut off, number of students qualify and so on.
