According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 40th percentile to qualify for BHMS seat in government college. With the score you have mentioned above your percentile would be around 45-50th percentile. There are pretty good chances that you can get admission in government college for BHMS in Andhra Pradesh. You can apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, since state counselling has provided 85% of seats to the state quota.
