If we go through 2019 cut-offs against respective category of OC EWS Female Candidate in Raghu Engineering College, Bheemunipatnam then closing rank for CSE was 27261 hence the chances regarding this seem tough you may have chances for ECE as the closing rank was 71962, this is completely based on previous year data, and cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc,
