with 363 marks, you will not get a seat in government medical college under obc category.
Chances are that you may get a seat in private medical college under state quota .

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With OBC category and 363 marks, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota. So follow the counselling process of your state to secure your seat.
